This is, by far, the best ride share rental company i have had the pleasure of doing business with! Phillip went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I got in a car, even though an unfortunate incident occurred that day. The rental process ( signing and paying) was seamless and I didn't have to have a down payment or cc! And the Prius? Oh my gosh Becky... In just two days I have saved 60 dollars on gas (compared to what I normally spend in a gas only vehicle). The car was super clean and I couldn't be more pleased unless it was free!! I do rideshare/deliveries. I love the fact that the rental is catered specifically for what I do. I always get a prompt response if I need anything. Phillip has been great to work with. Communication is great, Car is well maintained. Definitely Highly recommended.
Philip (the owner) is a complete shyster. He significantly overcharged me for an outdated Toyota Prius that was so old it had a CD player in it. To be exact, he charged me $500 for a weekly rental on that outdated piece of a car. That's over $100 more than what more prominent rental car companies like Avis Budget is charging via their partnership with Uber to provide cars for drivers. With Avis, I received a modern 2023 Chevrolet Malibu to rent for again over $100 less than what this sorry Kali's place is charging.Chiefly, I made a mistake and left a 10pk of mini Coca Colas in the back seat of the rental upon returning it. Once I realized that I left it, I decided to wait to see if he would do the right thing and notify about it. HE DID NOT!!!Lastly, he sends text message solicitations to your phone, which is against the law if your phone number is on either the National Do Not Call Registry or the TN Do Not Call Registry. You can legally sue and receive $2,000 per unauthorized text or call. I am in the process of suing Kali's Luxury Rental and recommend you do the same if he's sent you solicitations while your number is on the registry.ETA: He also required me to take the car to a specific car repair shop for maintenance and did not compensate me for my gas and time spent there for 2 hours. That cut into my working day and profits as a driver.
I want to say Phip is the best rental car company hands down if i had any car issues he handles it immediately if payment issues he's on top just don’t take his kindness I've had his car long term he's the best but i would recommend paying weekly if you’re a ride share driver because some days are slow 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Just got done texting with these scammers. They want $500 a week for a Prius to do rideshare. Run away people. You can own one for under $400 a month.

Killer customer service and willing to work with you however they need to. I even got the rental stuck in the middle of the night and he came out with a floor jack and some ramps to get me out of it for only $50! If you need a rental on Nashville, especially one you can do gigwork with, Kali's is the way to go.

First off the suv was amazing. We had the BENTLEY BENTAYGA. Kali’s fast response time and availability made everything easy. Lots of compliments while we were in Nashville.
