We do not allow pets inside our rental properties unless you provide documentation certifying that the animal has been recognized as a service animal. Guests are required to inform us in advance if they plan to bring a service animal into the property. Please note that guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by the presence of the animal.
If you need to cancel your property rental reservation, you must do so within 24 hours of the initial booking date (not the reservation date). If you cancel your reservation after this 24-hour period, you will receive a credit for a future booking. However, if you need to cancel your reservation due to Covid-19, city/state closures, or any pandemic-related issues, the standard company cancellation policy will apply.
A detailed confirmation invoice of your property rental reservation will be sent to your email. If you make your reservation by phone, an invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your payment is processed. If you book online, an invoice will be sent to your email as soon as your payment has been received.
We enforce a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, whether it’s by you or your guests. For violations, fees apply as follows: $500 for a smoking odor fee, $1000 for a smoking odor with evidence fee. Please note that luxury and high-end properties may have higher fees for smoking-related violations.
- Using the property for illegal activities or in connection with illegal purposes.
- Exceeding any specified property-related rules or regulations.
- Allowing unauthorized individuals, especially those without proper credentials or permissions, to use or occupy the property.
- Damaging or trespassing on neighboring properties.
- Avoid occupying or using the property on any unpaid or unauthorized surfaces.”

For our distinguished guests, we offer the convenience of a premium black car service for transfers directly from the airport to our estate. This bespoke service is available at an additional charge, ensuring a seamless and luxurious arrival experience.
We do not checks. All forms of debit or credit cards are accepted. Cash is accepted.
You can use another persons debit or credit card but the card holder must present themselves with a valid I.D. to sign the rental contract.
All taxes are charged in the rates on the invoice. Taxes may be applied to additional charges.

Yes. A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged to ensure the mansion is professionally cleaned after the tenant’s departure. This fee can range from $500 to $5,000 depending on the size and condition of the property.
We reserve the right to decline service to any prospective renter who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of any substances, behaving in an unsafe manner, or dealing with the effects of a hangover. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Instead, we will provide a credit for an alternative rental date.
Yes, a deposit is required for renting a mansion. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the specific property you choose to rent, with the range being from $1500 to $5,000. This deposit is meant to secure your booking and may also serve as a damage deposit to cover any potential incidental damages that could occur during your stay. It’s important to check the rental agreement for the exact deposit amount required for the mansion you’re interested in, as well as the conditions under which the deposit may be fully or partially refundable.
